The Moor, Sheffield – Town Centre Regeneration – Mixed Use, Leisure, Retail

A Joint venture with Aberdeen Property Trust and Sheffield City Council to implement the regeneration of Sheffield city centre’s main shopping area. Redevelopment of the Moor was undertaken in three main phases, Phase one saw the completion of a new indoor Moor Market and nine retail units, and Phase 2 delivered a three-level Primark store, a nine-screen cinema complex, restaurants and retail units all serviced by a large delivery yard and Phase 3 delivered a flagship 55,000 sq ft H&M store alongside the subdivision of the former BHS unit.
